From signing, count two weeks before the first campaign goes live. The first two weeks cover ICP definition, list building, sequence writing, and infrastructure setup including secondary domains and inbox warm-up. Nothing sends until you have reviewed and approved everything.
We never use your primary domain for outbound. Secondary domains are configured specifically for campaigns and redirect to your main domain. Whatever happens to the sending domains, your core email infrastructure stays completely safe.
Yes. You review and approve every prospect list and every sequence before a single message is sent. You also get a live reporting dashboard with open rates, reply rates, positive replies, and pipeline metrics, updated weekly.
Three months. This is the minimum time needed to properly assess performance, including ramp-up, testing, and optimisation. After three months there is no lock-in. You continue month-to-month or stop at your discretion.
